Serene Soundz™ began long before there was a name for it. It began with a lifelong fascination with sound, frequency, vibration, and the invisible forces that shape how we think, feel, heal, and experience the world around us. Equally present is a deep appreciation for living well, not wellness as a trend, yet true well-being: the harmony of mind, body, emotion, environment, and human experience.

Years ago, recognizing this innate curiosity and passion for wellness, a friend introduced me to frequency-based relaxation and restorative healing. While I approached the experience with an open mind, I did not anticipate the outcome. At the time, I had been experiencing severe pain from a pinched nerve that had persisted for months. Within hours of my first session, the pain had  completely disappeared.

The experience was profound.

What stayed with me the most was not simply the relief I felt, yet the realization of how many people might benefit from an approach that addressed the body and nervous system in such a unique way. That moment became the catalyst for deeper study, research, and application. What began with case studies and virtual sessions evolved into private clients, exploring the relationship between frequency, environment, performance,deep resorative relaxation, recovery, and over all  true well-being.

Alongside this work I spent years exploring real estate, development, spatial design, wellness integration, and experiential design and wellness centered environments. Over time I became increasingly interested  not only how places look, yet how they feel, influence thought, recovery, and connection. 

Then came a journey overseas that would change everything...

While attending an  invitation only real estate launch overseas, I discovered a hidden place on the island unlike any I had encountered before. Its raw natural beauty, stillness, and energy were undeniable. Through time spent there, we formed meaningful friendships with community leaders, families, and individuals dedicated to the future of tourism, sustainability, and development on the island.

One afternoon, a man within one of those families was feeling unwell. My brilliant and insighful daughter with me on this since day one casually remarked...

 "My mom can help you."

 Initially, he dismissed the suggestion. What she described was unfamiliar to him in every sense, culturally, conceptually, and experientially. After another day of discomfort, curiosity finally outweighed skepticism, and he agreed to a session.

The result was immediate.

Afterward, he described the experience as freeing, otherworldly, and unlike anything he had ever encountered. More importantly, he was noticeably well and led us on a full day tour of boating, jets skiing, and more!  What began as a simple act of helping someone became a defining moment.
